There will be a village — there will be Ukraine!
The village is the basis of the nation because the ancient Ukrainian village-town gave birth to the miracle of miracles on the planet — the Ukrainian nation. The village has preserved the Ukrainian language, so tender and melodious, for centuries tortured and tormented by different occupants. Our language is a treasury, in which people put all their life values, aspirations, mind, traditions.
Mova, our native language, live in your native home,
Through the painful time and spiritual ruins
Return native language,
In the heart of the people to your native race.
It is known that a nation emerges from the human community as a flower. Our Ukrainian nation is this magic amazing flower of mankind, which was born more than 1000 years ago, when an ancient Ukrainian peasant-orian tamed a wild horse in the Dnieper steppes, and began to use the wheel and plow. When he made the first furrow and threw in it, grains of wild wheat, which sprouted bread.
The Ukrainian peasantry has traveled a great, hard and glorious path. Ukrainian village for centuries sent the best sons and daughters to the Zaporizhian Sich. Haidamachina of the XVIII century was an explosion of peasant anger against the Polish nobility. Another explosion occurred in 1918, when the Ukrainian countryside rebelled against the German occupiers. And who were those glorious knights of Ukraine: Sich Riflemen, UPA warriors and fearless fighters who broke the back of Hitler's fascism, if not peasants at their core?
These events demonstrate that the Ukrainian peasant is by nature a nationalist. The communist leaders were well aware of this, that is why they waged a barbaric war against the Ukrainian peasantry.
From 1949 to 1979, when the Communist Party fought against unpromising villages, 1502 villages disappeared from the face of the earth — colorful hamlets and settlements, which were peculiar reserves of the Ukrainian language and spirituality. And before that, the sad history of the Ukrainian peasantry passed into the past. This is collectivization as a form of destruction of the prosperous peasant — the owner of the land. Holodomor artificially made by communist scoundrels that in 1933 mowed down 8 million peasants, and in 1947 still took the lives of 2 million Ukrainians. The terrible Bolshevik-Stalin repressions, and then the so-called Brezhnev repressions that took the lives of innocent Ukrainians
Battalions of peasants untrained in the military, whom the commissars drove to the German machine guns — these are also huge losses of the Ukrainian peasantry. And then the Communist elite came to power, which repainted itself as democrats. Terrible corruption. During 30 years of independence, the Ukrainian village was brought to impoverishment and extinction. Mass unemployment, closure of kindergartens, schools, obstetric centers, district hospitals. Let's just see what economic scissors cut the Ukrainian peasant. The need for the most necessary industrial goods for the village has increased hundreds of times. In a tragic situation of cattle breeding, milk production in the public sector is decreasing. There is a terrible roadlessness.
To all these hardships joined also the russian-Ukrainian war. The wild Asian Moscow, which has appropriated the name russia, has attacked our state. The mad freak putin has encroached on our freedom and independence. Hundreds of villages have been destroyed in the East of Ukraine, which after victory will have to be rebuilt by Ukrainian peasants. There is no doubt that the rashists will be destroyed on our land. Meanwhile, the village is the backbone of the nation, and this should be realized by our authorities. Its decline means the decline of the nation, and vice versa, the revival of the village will condition its revival. After all, without a peasant there is no nation, no Ukraine. It is necessary to revive the farm system in Ukraine, which will contribute to the revival of the free peasant, which was destroyed in the 1930s by Stalin's regime. Creating cooperatives of private owners is the most realistic and perhaps the most profitable action that will overcome mass unemployment. It should become a mass phenomenon.
And the most important thing is to take care of rural youth. This is a priority task of the state and the whole society. Young people of the village need civilized conditions for moral and physical development. We also need to take care of providing farmers with favorable loans and equipment.
Because there will be young people, there will be a village, there will be Ukraine.
