Already today you can see 16 short psychoeducational videos on social networks, in particular on Facebook, Telegram and Instagram and during Intercity rides. All of them are filled with tips, useful life hacks, and strategies to support the mental health of Ukrainians, including those who may not be ready for direct consultations with psychologists.

The topics for the video are determined by a qualified psychologist. They are about:

- how to strengthen psychological resilience to enjoy everyday life;

- how to maintain your self-esteem at the proper level under stress;

-  how to determine whether you live by your own values;

- how to determine the activity that will not only take away the resource, but will fill it.

"We understand that many people face stress and psychological difficulties, but may not be able or willing to seek psychological help directly," UA Mental Help said. "These videos are an attempt to make psychological knowledge and support available to everyone who needs it".

The series of videos was created by the UA Mental Help team with the assistance of UNDP in Ukraine and financial support from the Government of Denmark.

The videos will be played in Intercity train cars as part of the passenger service development program.

They can be viewed on the UA Mental Help page:
