This page describes the terms and conditions governing the use of Dailyhub.news project materials, available in mobile applications, chatbots, applications for integration with social networks, as well as published on the Dailyhub.news website, developed by the limited liability company "ParallaxSoft" and its subsidiaries (hereinafter - "Site", "We", "Us", "Company").

1. General conditions
1.1. If you have decided to use the Site and the Site's applications, including RSS, APIs, software and other files, you agree to abide by all of the terms and conditions set forth in these Site Terms of Use ("Terms"), including by registering an account on the Site. These Rules constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the Company for the provision of use of the Site and its services to you.
1.2. We may at any time change the terms and conditions set forth in these Rules, and such changes shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Site.
1.3. You are obliged to familiarize yourself with these Rules before each use of the Site. If you continue to use the Site after the amended Rules have been posted, you agree to abide by the Rules as amended.
1.4. If you do not agree with any of the terms of these Rules or any changes to these Rules, you may not begin using the Site or you may terminate your account in accordance with Section 8.
2. Site content
2.1. The materials published on the Site are intended for personal, non-commercial use. All materials published on the Site, including but not limited to: news, photographs, images, illustrations, audio and video recordings (hereinafter - "materials" or "content") are protected by copyright and are in the possession or under the control of the Company or a party that is a content provider. You are bound by any additional copyright notices, information or restrictions contained on any page.
2.2. The content of the Site is protected by copyright under Romanian and international copyright law. You may not modify, publish, transmit, participate in the transmission or sale, reproduce (except as provided in section 2.4 of these Rules), create new works, distribute, perform or otherwise use the Site Content (including software) in whole or in part.
2.3. Commercial (brand) names, trademarks and other attributes of the Company or third parties are protected by copyright. Any provision contained in these Rules may not be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel or otherwise, any license or right to use any trademark, patent, design rights or copyrights of the Company or third parties.
2.4. You may download or copy the content of the Site, other components and elements displayed on the Site for your personal use only, subject to compliance with all copyrights and other notices contained therein. Copying or storing any content for purposes other than personal use is strictly prohibited without the prior written consent of the Company.
2.5. Online publications, mobile applications are allowed to use the information published on the Site free of charge, provided that there is an open hyperlink and the original source is mentioned no lower than the first paragraph and up to two thousand characters of the original text. The use of a larger volume of text is only possible with the written consent of the Company.
Other types of media are permitted to use information published on the Company's websites up to two thousand characters in length, with attribution. Use of more text is only possible with the Company's written consent.
The use of the information means any reproduction, republication, distribution, processing, rewriting, translation, inclusion of its parts in other works and other ways provided for by the Romanian Law on copyright and related rights.
The Company grants written permission to use its materials to third parties at its discretion based on a request sent electronically to the email address, with the mandatory indication of the postal address for reverse mailing. The Company reserves the right to request from third parties any additional information necessary to make a decision to grant written permission.
3. User content
3.1 You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of other users, restrict or inhibit any other person's access to and use of the Site.
3.2. You are prohibited from uploading, distributing and publishing content of a defamatory, offensive, indecent, pornographic or illegal nature; advertising, commercial messages and messages that are not informative and not related to the subject matter of the resource.
3.3. Be polite. You agree not to threaten or offend other users by using defamatory practices, or intentionally posting messages with repetitive content (spam). Use respectful language. Online conversation will only continue when our users feel they are in a friendly and safe environment. You agree not to use offensive or discriminatory language based on race, religion, nationality, gender, sexual preference, age, region, disability, etc. Any form of hostility is grounds for immediate suspension of access to all or part of the Site.
3.4. Discuss, but do not attack. In a society full of opinions and preferences, people always disagree. The Site offers active discussion and encourages heated debate, but personal attacks are a direct violation of these Terms and are also grounds for immediate suspension of all or part of your access to the entire Site.
3.5. Do not disclose in your messages any personal information about yourself or anyone else (e.g., phone number, home address, e-mail address).
3.6. You acknowledge that any materials distributed by you (e.g., content created by you, including but not limited to: comments, forums, messages, reviews, text, video, audio and photos, and computer code and applications) may be deleted or modified by us. You waive any rights you may have to such materials on the Site, and changes to the materials may be made even without your consent. Materials may also be included in our RSS feeds, APIs and may be available for republication in other formats.
3.7. You grant to the Company a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to the materials posted/sent/distributed by you, including the transfer to the Company or any third party of the unrestricted right to use, copy, transmit, publish distribution, creation of derivative works, modification and adaptation of the index, cache, tags, encoding (including, without limitation, the rights to adapt to streaming, transmission, mobile, digital scanning or other technologies) in any form or medium.
3.8. You are solely responsible for the content of your publications. The Company cannot control every material and is not responsible for the content of such messages. We reserve the right to remove, move or edit articles that the Company, in its sole discretion, deems offensive, defamatory, obscene or inappropriate, or that infringe copyrights or trademarks.
3.9. You consent to the display and publication of the material developed by you on the Website, as well as for advertising purposes outside the Website.
4. Representations and warranties
4.1 You represent, warrant and promise that (a) the materials of any kind provided through your account (I) will not constitute plagiarism or infringe the rights of third parties, including copyrights, trademarks, privacy or other personal or proprietary rights, or (II) will not contain defamation or other illegal material, and (b) your age is at least eighteen years.
4.2 You hereby warrant that you will indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Company and all of its employees, officers, directors, owners, agents, information providers, affiliates, licensors and licensees from and against any and all liabilities and expenses, including attorneys' fees, which may arise in connection with any legal action arising out of a breach of these Rules, your warranties or agreements or those of any user of your account. You agree to reasonably cooperate in the defense of any such legal action. Company reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any such matter requiring indemnification by you.
4.3. The Company does not warrant or confirm the accuracy or reliability of any advice, opinions, statements or other information uploaded or distributed through user accounts, information providers or any other natural or legal persons. You acknowledge and understand that you rely on those opinions, advice, statements, memoranda or other information at your own risk. The materials on the Site are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, including warranties of title or fitness for a particular purpose. You hereby acknowledge that your use of the Site is at your own risk.
5. Registration and security
5.1. As part of the registration or account creation process, you will create your login details by choosing a password and providing an email address. You must also provide us with certain information about yourself, which must be accurate and up-to-date.
5.2. Each registration is valid for one user only. You may not share your login details to allow others to access your account. We may cancel or suspend your access to the Site if you share your login details. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password, which you must not disclose to any representative or agent of the Company. You may not (a) select or use another person's login data to represent yourself as that person, (b) use login data without the permission of the legal owner, or (c) use login data in a manner that is offensive or considered offensive. Failure to do so is considered a violation of the Rules, which may result in immediate termination of your account.
5.3. We welcome the participation of people of all ages on the Site, however, in order to protect children, people under the age of majority may not register an account on the Site.
5.4. You are required to inform us by email of any known or suspected unauthorized use of your account, or any known or suspected breach of security, including loss, theft or unauthorized disclosure of your password.
5.5 You are responsible for any use or activity on your account on the Site, including use of your account by others with your permission. Any fraudulent, offensive or illegal activity may be grounds for termination of your account, at our discretion, and we reserve the right to provide information to the appropriate authorities.
6. Communication between the Site and users
6.1. If you complete a registration form to receive certain information, we, as owners and our successors, with the consent of certain third party providers, provide you with information about materials published on the Site.
6.2 You provide, and the Company reserves the right to send you information by email about changes or updates to the services on the Site.
6.3. The Company reserves the right to disclose usage and demographic information, provided that it does not reveal your identity. Advertisements on the Site may collect and share personal information about you only if you agree in accordance with our Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
6.4. The Company may contact you via e-mail regarding your participation in a user survey and ask questions in order to improve current or future materials. This information will be used to improve the operation of the Site and to better understand our users. Any information we receive in such surveys will not be shared with third parties, except for aggregated, impersonal data.
7. Licenses and software
7.1 You have no rights to the proprietary software and related documentation or any enhancements or modifications thereto ("Software") unless you have access to the Site. You may not sublicense, transfer or assign any license granted by the Company, and any attempt to sublicense, transfer or assign shall be null and void. You may make a single copy of this software for archival purposes. You may not copy, distribute, modify, adapt or create derivative works of the software.
8. Interruption of Access to the Site
8.1. You may terminate your account at any time by sending an email. You will receive an automatic email confirmation that your request to delete your account has been accepted, and your access will be terminated within 24 hours.
8.2 The Company may, in its sole discretion, delete or suspend access to all or part of the Site for any reason, including violation or non-performance of these Rules.
9. Miscellaneous
9.1. These Rules are subject to the laws of Romania. Any dispute concerning the application of these Rules shall be settled by the competent court according to the law in force in Romania.
9.2. Notwithstanding the above provisions, nothing in these Rules may be used to interpret the provisions mentioned in the Privacy Policy.
9.3. Correspondence must be made by email.
9.4. You undertake to report immediately any copyright infringement relating to material on the Site. In respect of any claim of copyright infringement in relation to material contained on the Site, please inform us by email.
9.5. The Materials may contain links to other websites, resources and sponsors. As we take no responsibility for the availability of these external resources or their content, in case of any doubt about any external link, please contact the administrator of the respective website.
10. Advertising and partner materials
10.1. Materials with the labels "advertising", "company news", "press release", "topical", "point of view", "official", "partner material" are published on a commercial or partnership basis.
