Kharkiv Regional State Administration Chairman, Oleh Syniehubov, said that evacuation from the north of the region may become compulsory due to constant enemy shelling, and spoke about the operational situation in the region

This was reported by Espresso.

About this, he told in Telegram.

In particular, he said that the russians have changed the tactics of shelling.

"We observe a change in the tactics of enemy shelling: systematically day and night repeated strikes on one location. Given the situation, we ask residents of Kharkiv and the region to be as careful as possible during the air alert, and in case of its announcement to be in safe places," - said Syniehubov.

No details about the forced evacuation from the region are not yet known, but he noted that such a possibility is being considered.

"We are considering the possibility of forced evacuation from the northern part of Kharkiv region. We are talking about those settlements that are constantly under enemy fire," - he said.

He also reminded that there are scheduled blackouts in Kharkiv. There is a shortage of capacity, but we do not see a threat of a large-scale blackout in the city yet.

  • April 7, the russian army shelled the center of Kharkiv. It hit the residential sector and industrial area - there are casualties.
