On Tuesday, April 2, Ukraine should expect significant dusting of the air due to the Sahara storm. Lower air temperatures and precipitation are expected in the western regions

She noted that the dust in Ukraine is an echo of the sandstorm in Egypt.
"The current situation is the transfer of dust from the Sahara by the atmosphere. It may also spread to a large part of Ukraine in the near future. Therefore, take care of humidification of the premises, people with respiratory problems should be especially careful, open windows in a dosed manner," she advises.
On Tuesday, the western regions should expect rain, sometimes with thunderstorms. The air temperature will drop to +14...+19°C. In the rest of the regions - without significant precipitation, the temperature will be +20...+25°C.
Natalka Didenko also warned that on April 2, strong winds are expected in Ukraine, with southern and southwestern gusts, stormy gusts of up to 15-20 m/s are possible.

On April 2, the capital will also experience strong southerly winds with gusts of 15-20 m/s.
"Visibility may deteriorate, and health complications may arise due to the transfer of dust from the Sahara. During Tuesday, there will be no precipitation in the capital, except for tomorrow evening (April 2 - ed.), in some places there will be light rain, sometimes with a thunderstorm," the forecaster wrote.
The air temperature on Tuesday will reach +24°C.
During April 3, 4 and 5, the air temperature is expected to drop.
- On April 1, most regions of Ukraine will be covered with dust from the Sahara. A significant deterioration in air quality is expected.
