putin will conduct a new wave of mobilization soon after elections, Ukraine must prepare - Defense Ministry

Shortly after the so-called russian presidential election, russian dictator vladimir putin will order the next wave of forced mobilization for war with Ukraine

This is reported by espreso.tv

He said russia has a huge resource of manpower, as millions of russians support putin's aggressive war against Ukrainians.

"Those who observe the growing statistics of rosarmia losses in the war with Ukraine and think they should stop are mistaken. They won't stop! Because soldiers in russia are expendable. Confirmation of this is the advance of the rosarmia to Bakhmut, then to Avdeevka. The russians suffered huge losses during the "meat assaults" of these cities," Gavrilyuk recalled.

He noted that since the last meeting in the "Ramstein" format (November 2023), the russian army has lost more than 32,000 of its soldiers in Ukraine, and in total - already more than 431,000.

"But neither putin nor russian commanders are stopped by the huge losses of their men. No doubt, some time after russia's simulated election, putin will drive his new soldiers forward with renewed fury. He will order the next forced mobilization and gather new mercenaries from third countries," Gavrilyuk predicted.

Furthermore, he believes Ukraine should prepare for a new wave of mobilization in russia and strengthen brigades and create reserves.

  • Earlier this month, CNN, citing NATO intelligence, wrote that russia produces about 250,000 artillery munitions a month, or about 3 million a year. That's three times the amount the US and EU countries can send Ukraine.
  • According to Gavrilyuk, the advantage in artillery fire along the front line is now 7:1 in rf's favor.
