The chairwoman of the Berdiansk MVA Victoria Galitsyna said.

She said that in this way he opened the possibility for forced export of orphans and children deprived of parental care to the territory of the Russian Federation.

"In the future, these children can be illegally adopted by Russians, and Kremlin handlers will monitor the process of "re-education". In fact, we are talking about the forced displacement of children in order to destroy their national identity, which falls under the definition of genocide and is a flagrant violation of international law and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child", she wrote.

Galitsyna also said that according to the "document" the main goal of the "boarding school" is primarily to form "harmoniously developed" members of society, "adapted to modern living conditions", as well as spiritual, moral, patriotic and labor education.

"Obviously, we are talking about planting a new "Russian" ideology and destroying everything Ukrainian in children. Such criminal actions of the occupants threaten long-term consequences for Ukraine, such as demographic losses, psychological trauma for children, loss of national identity and complications in the process of returning children after de-occupation", — said the chairwoman of the Berdyansk MVA.
