Ukrainian boxer Oleksandr Usyk left the IBF belt vacant and gave up the title of absolute world champion in heavyweight division

Usyk said this in a video message on Instagram.
"Anthony Joshua and Daniel Dubois. The IBF belt is my gift to you for September 21, 2024. The world loves the strong", Usyk said.
When the Ukrainian heavyweight leaves the IBF (International Boxing Federation) title vacant, he will no longer be the absolute world champion. Usyk will retain three titles — WBC (World Boxing Council), WBA (World Boxing Association) and WBO (World Boxing Organization).
