During the vote, 269 deputies supported the bill to improve the reporting of political parties

People's Deputy Irina Herashchenko reported about that. The bill ¹ 11074 is designed to regulate issues related to the submission of party reports on property, income, expenses and financial obligations during martial law.

Thus, parties are exempted from liability for submitting incomplete information to the NACP, for failure to submit reports and inaccurate information in reports if it is impossible to obtain such information in full from local organisations in the territories where active hostilities are taking place or temporarily occupied territories. In such a case, political parties do not need to document the circumstances indicating the impossibility of obtaining such information in full.

The Verkhovna Rada Committee on Finance, Tax and Customs Policy has approved the final version of the draft law on the BEB (Economic Security Bureau - ed.) reform for the second reading.
