Ukrainian IT-army stopped the work of the main provider of Russian banks — now the institutions can not provide some services to Russians

It is stated that for several days the system of the main communications provider of Russian banks, Mastertel, has been experiencing failures.
In particular, Sberbank, Alfa-Bank, VTB cannot provide Russian citizens with part of their services, as the institutions' services are not working.
"Thanks to the operation of cyber troops, Russians cannot use exchangers and part of banking operations", the Ministry of Finance said.
