"Unfortunately, one of the reasons for the inhibition of mobilization processes is the actions of the TCR and SS. All the servicemen I know, with whom I communicate, do not support the actions when citizens are forcibly stuffed into beads and forcibly taken to the TCR. First, this is a gross violation of the law. In particular, constitutional human rights. Secondly, such actions contribute to a negative attitude towards the Armed Forces of Ukraine", Maksimov believes.

According to the colonel, because of the actions of the TCR representatives, citizens have changed their attitude towards the AFU soldiers

"Because of the actions of the TCR and SS, citizens deliberately do not want to visit these structures. Because, perhaps unconsciously, but it is the actions of the TCR representatives that is one of the reasons for the slowdown of mobilization in Ukraine. Already now the attitude towards the AFU servicemen has changed. Earlier, when I walked in uniform, people greeted me, asked me questions and thanked me. Now, when I put on my uniform, people on the streets look at me suspiciously and try to move aside", he added.

• As of May 28, more than 1,250,000 persons liable for military service updated their data, almost 1,170,000 of them through the Reserve+ application.
