It is stated that it is about the decree №76. Now also together with business and expert environment, new approaches to reservation are being worked out.

The changes provide, in particular:

• 100% reservation of employees by enterprises of the defense industry that have contracts for the AFU and other military formations. Employees may be booked for the period of validity of such contracts
• reservation 100% of employees by enterprises of the electric power, nuclear-industrial, coal-industrial and oil and gas complexes and enterprises that restore or repair destroyed or damaged enterprises of the energy complex
• reservation of 100% of employees by enterprises that build fortifications, for the period of validity of the construction contract
• for police officers and employees of the State Emergency Situations Service, in case of a justified need of the Minister of Internal Affairs. That is, it will be possible to book up to 100% of employees, if there is a justification and a separate approval of the Minister of Defense

At the same time, for critical enterprises was increased the period of booking from 6 months to 12 months. They have also been allowed to book military conscripts with scarce military specialties.

"The government has improved the booking conditions for enterprises that work for the needs of defense, as well as enterprises in the energy sector. Manufacturers of weapons, drones, our energy companies, which are now restoring the power grid, will be able to armor 100% of their employees. Thus, enterprises that produce weapons and work for the needs of the AFU will be able to better plan their work and work effectively to strengthen defense capabilities, and energy companies will be able to provide people with heat and electricity", said Deputy Economy Minister Ihor Fomenko.
