US leader Joe Biden will hold two meetings with Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy during his visit to Europe

According to Jake Sullivan, the US president's national security adviser, Joe Biden will meet with Volodymyr Zelenskyy twice within a little over a week.
"Within a little over a week, Biden will have two important meetings with President Zelenskyy", Sullivan said.
He said the first will be in France during the June 6 commemoration of the 80th anniversary of the Allied landings in Normandy and then at the G7 summit in Italy.
"He will meet with him in Normandy to talk about the state of affairs in Ukraine and how we can continue and deepen our support for Ukraine", Sullivan said.
He added that Biden is also set to meet with Zelenskyy again at the G7 meeting, which will be held June 13-15 in Bari, Italy, and will focus on the issue of using frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine.
The meeting between the two leaders was also confirmed by Andriy Yermak, head of the Office of the President.
"Ahead of two meetings between Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Joe Biden are important issues of supporting Ukraine and strengthening our defense", Yermak wrote.
On June 3, it became known that the United States of America will be represented by Vice President Kamala Harris
