British citizen claims he didn't know what was in the suitcases

A British man was caught at Detroit Airport with two suitcases containing 50 kilograms of ketamine valued at $4 million. Arriving from France on 13 December, customs authorities discovered large white crystals and the man claimed he did not know the contents of the suitcases, saying they had been given to him by a family member. The drugs were seized and the man was sent back to France. The border agency warned travelers to inform themselves about current regulations to avoid legal consequences, reports Business Insider publication.
