43-year-old American singer Justin Timberlake is on The Forget Tomorrow world tour. As part of that tour, he performed at the Moody Center in Austin, Texas, on June 1.

While performing his 2002 hit Cry Me A River, the musician suddenly interrupted the show. Standing on stage, Timberlake began waving to security guards after spotting a female fan who was feeling ill. He paused the performance and asked for the lights in the audience to be turned on.

"Excuse me, one second, one second. We need help right here, about five rows back", Timberlake said from the stage, which was caught on video.

Timberlake waited a few minutes and finally said: "Are you OK?". Hearing a response from the audience, he added: "Oh, no problem. Good, we're fine."

Timberlake applauded and concertgoers joined him.

One concertgoer later clarified that a woman in front of him needed help. She is now fine. Doctors were next to her during the incident at the concert, tending to her, while others tried to get Justin Timberlake's attention.

What happened to the woman that caused her to need medical attention is unknown.

The Forget Tomorrow tour is in support of Timberlake's sixth solo album Everything I Thought It Was, which was released in March. It's the singer's first solo album in six years, following 2018's Man of the Woods. The tour kicked off on April 29 in Vancouver. Total shows are scheduled in Germany, Belgium, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Denmark, Sweden, and France. The tour will wrap up on Dec. 20 in the U.S.

Last year, a 23-year-old female fan died at a concert by American singer Taylor Swift in Rio de Janeiro due to extremely high temperatures. Fans and politicians speculated that the girl's death was related to the extreme heat. Concert-goers complained that they were not allowed to take water into the stadium, despite the sweltering heat.
