All subway lines will have their schedules changed due to the shortage of specialists

Kyiv Metro has announced plans to change train schedules due to an acute shortage of specialists in working professions. The reasons for this are partly forced migration, specificity of professions and mobilization work due to martial law. Now about 7% of workers are in the ranks of the AFU, and their number is constantly increasing.

"Taking into account the current staffing situation, in the near future the schedules of trains on all subway lines will be changed. The intervals between trains will be increased by approximately one minute between "rush" and by 45 seconds during "peak" hours", the statement said.

The mayor of Dnipro, Borys Filatov, said that fair reservations are needed because the city will soon be short of critical infrastructure workers as a result of mobilization.

In addition, since May 27, two fewer municipal buses than usual have started to operate on city routes in Mykolaiv. The problem arose due to the mobilization of drivers.
