Unreasonably granted a disability group to the son of an official — doctors of the Medical and Sanitary Expert Commission are suspected in Cherkasy region
In Cherkasy region, a doctor, a member of the medical advisory commission, the chairman and three members of the medical and social expert commission were served with a notice of suspicion of forgery of official documents

According to the investigation, an orthopedic surgeon helped the official's son, who is liable for military service, to draw up documents on temporary unfitness.
"In the referral to the medical and social expert commission, he and a member of the medical advisory commission of the Uman municipal non-profit enterprise indicated a false diagnosis", the statement said.

Based on this referral, at the beginning of the full-scale war, doctors unreasonably and indefinitely granted the man a group II disability.Note: According to Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of committing a crime and shall not be subjected to criminal punishment until his or her guilt is proved in accordance with the law and established by a court verdict of guilty.
