Vladyslav Selezniov, military expert, colonel of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, spokesman for the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (2014-2017), emphasized that if China transfers weapons and military equipment to the Russian Federation, it will change the situation on the battlefield
As reported by espreso.tv

He said this on the Espresso TV channel.

"As for China's decision, if its probability is 100%, we will get another confirmation of the classic thesis: evil that is not punished multiplies. The Chinese are seeking to change the world order. The process that is taking place within the framework of the Russian-Ukrainian confrontation and certain Chinese encroachments on Taiwan are all part of this radical change on the planet. When we talk about the axis of evil, we mention Russia, the DPRK, Iran, but behind the scenes of this axis of evil is the Chinese government", Seleznyov said.

According to the Armed Forces colonel, China dreams of becoming a key geopolitical player on the planet.

"If the information that China has begun to transfer weapons and military equipment for the needs of the Russian occupiers becomes a reality, it will change the situation on the battlefield. Because Russia will have unlimited resources. There must be an immediate reaction, and if this does not happen, the totalitarian regime of our planet begins to feel quite confident. If Russia has gotten away with annexing Crimea, occupying a large part of Luhansk and Donetsk regions, partially occupying Kharkiv, Kherson, and Zaporizhzhia regions, why can't China occupy Taiwan? These are the considerations that Xi Jinping lives by. And in order for this to become a reality for him, he is ready to supply weapons and military equipment to the Russian Federation", Seleznyov explained.
  • On May 15, Russian dictator Vladimir Putin arrived in China. There he met with Chinese President Xi Jinping. Later, they issued a joint statement on Ukraine.
  • China provides enormous support to the Russian defense industry, in particular, 70% of the needs for machinery and 90% of microelectronics it imports from China.
