The winners of silver and bronze medals became known after the end of the match of the 28th round between Kryvbas and Polissya in Kryvyi Rih, which was not completed on May 12 due to an air raid alert. The game ended in a 0-1 defeat for the hosts, which deprived them of their chances for silver medals.

Kryvbas with 54 points, remained in third place and guaranteed themselves bronze medals. Dynamo became the vice-champion of Ukraine with 63 points. Shakhtar won the gold medal ahead of schedule with 70 points.
