We are evacuating people from Vovchansk and nearby settlements", said the head of the MVA.

The evacuation is taking place because the Russian army is currently massively shelling the city. That is why it is dangerous to be in Vovchansk now.

"Locals say that they have never seen such shelling before. That is why it is dangerous to be in Volchansk now. KABs, artillery and MLRSs have been flying since three in the morning", Gambarashvili explained.
