It is noted that the Pechersk District Court of Kyiv ruled that Ihor Kolomoyskyi should be held in custody until July 7, 2024, without the right to bail.
Since September 2, Kolomoyskyi himself has been in the SBU detention center on suspicion of fraud and property legalization by the Bureau of Economic Security. The measure of restraint on this suspicion provided for his arrest until June 2 with a bail of UAH 1.9 billion. Therefore, bail is not provided for the new suspicion.
