"Today we will talk about the forces and means by which threats to our national security are being stoked. The main real risk is posed by a hot spot in the region — of course, Ukraine," Lukashenko said.

In addition, in his opinion, the United States is allegedly doing everything possible to drag Belarus into the conflict:

"Washington is doing everything to drag our country into the conflict. To launch a mechanism for involving other states, that is, to weaken both Western and Eastern European regions".

At the same time, he commented on the allocation of aid to Ukraine and said that it was "the most important factor in the escalation of the conflict in Ukraine".
