It is noted that on April 24, the draft was received by the Verkhovna Rada and "submitted to the management".

Context: In 2017-2021, as a result of the deal, the scheme participants received 1250 land plots with a total area of 2493 hectares. At that time, their value was over UAH 291 million. Subsequently, they also wanted to take ownership of 3282 hectares of land worth about UAH 190 million, but were prevented by NABU detectives and SAPO prosecutors. After the searches, the plots were seized.
