Occupants are actively advancing from Avdiivka to Pokrovsk, — Druzhkivka City Council deputy Dovbnya
Donetsk
Mykola Dovbnya, a deputy of Druzhkivka City Council, said that russian occupation forces are advancing very quickly towards Pokrovsk
He said this on Espresso.
"We constantly hear the sounds of air raid warning. Even now we hear air raid alarms. It can happen for 5-10 hours in a row. It doesn't scare anyone anymore. People are used to working to the sound of the air raid. The other thing is that there are constant explosions from Chasiv Yar. Constant and powerful explosions are heard from that side", said Dovbnya.
According to Dovbnya, there is a great threat that the occupiers may cut the Kramatorsk - Pokrovsk highway.
"If the enemy enters Chasiv Yar, the road to Druzhkivka, Kramatorsk and Slavyansk is open to them. Therefore, we understand that then we will be shelled not with CABs, but with artillery. There is another very dangerous direction. It is not so actively discussed in the media. The fact is that the occupants are actively advancing from Avdiivka towards Pokrovsk. Unfortunately, they are advancing quickly. I read information that they have captured Ocheretyne. It is more than 12 km from this settlement to the Kostiantynivka - Pokrovsk highway, and it will be extremely dangerous for us to cut this road", he added.
- 86 combat engagements took place in the frontline over the last day. Ukrainian defenders repelled most of the enemy attacks in the Novopavlivka, Lyman and Avdiivka sectors and eliminated another 800 occupants
