It is known that seven members of the occupiers' "election commissions" received certificates: they, together with enemy soldiers, visited the homes of Ukrainians.
"This award is a direct proof of collaboration. However, the diploma is not enough to fairly assess the contribution of traitors to the "legalization" of the occupation authorities", the Resistance notes.
