In Kryvyi Rih, a drunk man defecated on a memorial to fallen soldiers: he was served with a notice of suspicion
On Monday, April 15, law enforcement officers served a notice of suspicion of hooliganism to a man who defecated at the Heroes' Memorial in Kryvyi Rih, Dnipro region.

It is noted that the crime occurred on April 12 at about 23:00 in the Central City District of Kryvyi Rih.
As established by the police, a 30-year-old man in a state of alcoholic intoxication approached the Memorial of Heroes and with particular cynicism committed hooliganism. Investigators opened criminal proceedings over the incident. The local resident was served a notice of suspicion of committing a criminal offense under the article on hooliganism.
The defendant faces a fine or imprisonment for up to 5 years.
Note: according to Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is presumed innocent of a crime and cannot be criminally punished until his or her guilt is proved by law and established by a court verdict.
