Yarmak: "...a builder, entrepreneur, violinist and rapper. Just born for war..."
This is how the Ukrainian artist Oleksandr Yarmak, known as Yarmak, ironically responds to statements: "We're tired" or "What kind of soldier am I". The artist, like his fellow soldiers, has never been in the military, but since the first days of the war he has been defending his homeland as the head of a military unit.
Starting out as an ordinary soldier, he eventually joined a new regiment and became its commander. At this point, the artist is working with kamikaze drones. "The war has taken away many wonderful patriots, and so those who choose this path take on a great responsibility. I decided to do it for myself," the rapper said on his Facebook page.
The artist shares photos from the frontline, emphasizing that the war endangers the lives of the nation's best sons. He admits that there were moments when he had to cry at the front because of the loss of his friends.
On 1 October, Yarmak does not forget to congratulate his comrades on the Day of Defender of Ukraine and expresses his gratitude to those who defend the country. He calls on Ukrainians to help the Armed Forces of Ukraine and actively advocate for the support of the military
