In early October, the Center for National Resistance reported that the intelligence services of Russia and Belarus are preparing for a terrorist act near the border with Poland. The plan involves planting an explosive device at a Belarusian oil depot and has been coordinated between the agencies of both countries, namely the Russian FSB and the Belarusian KDB. It is alleged that Russia intends to accuse Ukraine of this crime.

The Center for National Resistance also reports the execution of a so-called "false flag operation" against a target within Belarus. Currently, the target under consideration is the "Brestoblnefteprodukt" oil depot near the town of Pryluky in the Brest region, located close to the Belarusian-Polish border (2 km). Drones are planned to be used for the delivery of the explosive device.

According to information received from Belarusian underground sources, "Wagner Group" mercenaries conducted aerial reconnaissance of potential targets in August of this year. However, the Center for National Resistance emphasises that the Armed Forces of Ukraine operate exclusively within Ukraine's territory, and this provocation is aimed at undermining the level of support for Ukraine by foreign partners.

It is worth noting that on June 25, the head of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, Kyrylo Budanov, announced the completion of Russian preparations for a terrorist act at the Zaporizhia Nuclear Power Plant, with the plan for the station's sabotage already approved. President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, has also raised concerns about a potential terrorist attack at the station and its possible use as part of hostile aggression. Additionally, there is information about a possible "accident" or explosion at the Kursk Nuclear Power Plant with the aim of accusing Ukraine of a terrorist act.
