Oleksandr Rodnyansky, member of the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank, has been elected to the community of the most promising young global leaders, The Forum of Young Global Leaders, which exists within the World Economic Forum. The community consists of about 90 outstanding leaders from around the world under the age of 40 from politics, business, civil society, technology, art, and science.

Members of the association are Pulitzer Prize winners, UN Goodwill Ambassadors, CEOs of Fortune 500 companies, heads of state, etc.

Young Leaders work together to implement changes that will shape the future; they address pressing global challenges and promote positive changes in the world. Among the well-known members of the community are French President Emmanuel Macron, Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, Ivanka Trump, Netflix executive producer Pee Wee Hyde and others.

"I am sincerely grateful to the World Economic Forum and those who believe in me. Throughout, I will be committed to this platform to strengthen Ukraine's voice and champion projects that are important to our country at this critical juncture in its history. Leadership is not about fleeting titles or positions of power, but about the potential and ability to influence and promote positive change for the common good. Let's strive together for a prosperous future for generations to come", — said Alexander Rodnyansky.

A member of the Supervisory Board of Oschadbank, Mr. Rodnyansky is a professor at the University of Cambridge (UK), a doctoral candidate at Princeton University (USA), a research fellow at the London-based Center for Economic Policy Research (CEPR) and the Center for Macroeconomics. Advisor to the President of Ukraine since 2020. In his research work, Oleksandr specializes in international economics and finance, as well as empirical political economy.

Young Global Leaders — is a Geneva-based, independent nonprofit organization founded by World Economic Forum founder Klaus Schwab to help solve the world's complex and interdependent problems. His vision was to create a proactive, multilateral community of next-generation global leaders and to foster dialogue across cultures to bridge differences and find new ways to work together to build prosperous societies.
