Rutte said the funding includes €250 million for the Czech Republic's initiative to buy artillery shells.
"And this is not the last of our contributions. We are also working hard to ensure that 24 Dutch F-16 aircraft are in the skies over Ukraine as soon as possible," Rutte said.
He also emphasized that the issue of accountability and restoring justice after the war is equally important. This is the most important part of the Formula for Peace of Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, Rutte said.
The prime minister added that on April 2, the Netherlands will co-organize a conference "Restoring Justice for Ukraine" in The Hague.
"The purpose of the event is to summarize what has been achieved and determine what will happen next," Rutte said.
