It is known that the UN Security Council meeting at the request of the russian federation will begin at 21:00 Kyiv time (15:00 Eastern American time).

It is noted that the russian federation periodically convenes the UN Security Council to voice moscow's propaganda narratives and "condemn" the supply of weapons to Ukraine.
