Elevators and energy storage systems: new opportunities for developers and condominiums from Euroformat and Globus Bank
Kyiv — Euroformat Plant, a leading manufacturer of elevator equipment in Ukraine, and Globus Bank have announced a strategic partnership within the framework of the government program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%”. This initiative aims to create favorable conditions for the installation of modern elevators in multi-storey buildings, as well as energy storage systems for condominiums and housing cooperatives.
New opportunities for developers
Thanks to the partnership between Euroformat and Globus Bank, developers now have the opportunity to take advantage of the government program “Affordable Loans 5-7-9%” and install modern elevators with uninterruptible power supply and cloud management systems on favorable terms. An interest rate of 7% per annum makes it possible to avoid a significant financial burden and opens up new business opportunities.
"Access to innovative solutions is crucial for housing infrastructure today, especially in the context of unstable energy supply. Our cooperation with Globus Bank under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9% program supports developers whose goal is to implement technological solutions, in particular, to equip their own residential buildings with modern and technological elevators”, says Igor Tkachenko, CEO of Euroformat.

An effective solution for condominiums
Another important part of the partnership was the response to the challenges faced by condominiums. Part of the partnership program between Euroformat and Globus Bank offers loans under the Affordable Loans 5-7-9 program for the purchase and installation of energy storage systems that allow for uninterrupted operation of elevators even in the event of power outages. The terms of this program are available to most condominiums and housing cooperatives.
"Our cooperation with Euroformat is an important step towards modernizing Ukraine's housing infrastructure. We offer developers and condominiums affordable financial instruments to upgrade elevator equipment and implement innovative solutions. This will contribute to the safety and comfort of residents and help optimize energy consumption, which is extremely important in the context of energy challenges”, said Olena Dmitrieva, First Deputy Chairman of the Board of Globus Bank
The joint programs of Euroformat and Globus Bank are aimed at supporting developers and condominiums in implementing innovative and energy-efficient solutions for the modernization of elevator equipment. In today's energy challenges, lending for the purchase of elevators and related equipment provides real opportunities to improve the convenience and safety of residential buildings.
