In Odessa detained bloggers who "leaked" locations of TCR workers to FSB channels
Law enforcers in Odessa have detained seven bloggers who tried to disrupt mobilization and leaked "leaked" locations of TCR workers to FSB telegram channels. They face up to 8 years in prison
According to the SBU the attackers filmed provocative streams and published fake reports about the Ukrainian military, as well as representatives of the TCR.
In addition, bloggers disseminated the coordinates of checkpoints and routes of mobile groups of local military commissions.
The security service detained seven people. Among them are spouses of Odessa residents who "leaked" locations of the AFU to a pro-Russian telegram channel, which is reportedly administered by representatives of the FSB.
The SBU also detained another local resident who leaked information to the same telegram channel. In addition, four residents of Odessa who tried to disrupt the mobilization through posts in specialized groups and chatbots of popular messengers were detained.
An administrator of a regional telegram channel with a 15,000-strong audience, where he disseminated actual locations of TCR soldiers and urged his subscribers to participate in subversive activities in favor of the Russian Federation, is among the defendants.
Security Service investigators informed the detainees of suspicion under Article 114-1 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine (obstruction of legitimate activities of the AFU during a special period). The perpetrators face up to 8 years in prison.
Note: In accordance with Article 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person is considered innocent of committing a crime and cannot be criminally punished until his guilt is legally proven and established by a guilty verdict of a court.
