According to espreso.tv

As part of the agreement, Japan will provide $4.5 billion to Ukraine this year, and will continue to assist in security and defense, humanitarian assistance, recovery and reconstruction throughout the ten-year term of the agreement.

The document provides for the transfer of non-lethal equipment to Ukraine and the further development of cooperation through coalitions of capabilities of which Japan is a member, including coalitions on information technology and demining.

Japan will also provide treatment for wounded Ukrainian soldiers, cooperate with Ukraine on intelligence and protection of classified information, enhance protection and restoration of critical infrastructure, strengthen cyber and information security, and ensure free navigation and safe sea lanes.

Japanese partners will also assist with Ukraine's reconstruction and rehabilitation by engaging the private sector and Japanese government agencies.

Another block relates to cooperation in the field of industrial cooperation. The countries will explore opportunities to develop Ukraine's industrial base, particularly through private sector involvement, joint ventures and research.
