The founders of Diia plan to launch an e-booking service from mobilization in early July. Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Digital Transformation Mikhail Fedorov explained exactly how it will work
About this writes espreso.tv

The first to book their employees online will be critical enterprises and companies that work for the needs of the Defense Forces.

Fedorov said that if a business or government body is eligible for booking, the head must submit lists of employees through the Diia portal and electronically sign the application. After that, "Diia" will automatically check through the registers whether the person is really employed officially and whether there is data about him in "Obereg". If the information is correct, the employee will be booked.

"The manager will receive a reply about the booking of the employee in the office on the "Diia" portal, and the person will have the information about it updated in "Reserve+". If he/she wants to get a paper confirmation, there will be such an option as well. And both formats are equally valid", Mikhail Fedorov added.

If the reservation is denied, the manager will also receive a response in the office on the Diia portal. In general, the whole process lasts about an hour, the minister said.

  • A notice in the "Reserve+" app about an invalid address can be considered a supporting document for the TCR to immediately issue an order to impose a fine.
