Who should issue summonses instead of housing offices

Member of the Ukrainian Parliament Mariana Bezuhla opposed the idea that employees of housing offices could issue subpoenas. The relevant provision was spelled out separately in the draft law.

About this, Bezuhla explained  on her Facebook page.

"I believe that only official representatives of the TCK SP (Territorial center for recruitment and social support - Ed.) and the police + the employer should issue summonses officially at the enterprise. That's it. No locals in tracksuits. Now we have spelled it out separately in the draft law", - Bezuhla wrote.

She did not specify which bill she was referring to.
