Rapper A$AP Rocky is set to stand trial in January after being accused of firing a gun at his former A$AP Mob member, A$AP Relli . The preliminary hearing in Los Angeles ruled that there was sufficient evidence for the trial, despite A$AP Rocky pleading not guilty to the charges.

Superior Court Judge M.L. Villar made the ruling at the preliminary hearing after hearing roughly a day and a half of testimony. If convicted, A$AP Rocky could face nine years in prison for the alleged incident .
