It is indicated that the project is being jointly implemented by the Ministry of Strategic Industries and the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"We want to create this testing place that will allow the manufacturer to get access to a professional assessment of his product, guide him through the methodology of all tests, provide a place and appropriate means to assess the characteristics of certain means, and assist in the paperwork", Lebedenko said.

According to him, the previous system was more complex and required more procedures, and access to test places where weapons could be tested was more closed. The new system will allow weapons manufacturers to apply to the Armed Forces at any stage of production and get the time and date when they can arrive at the range with their sample.
