Trypillia TPP did not receive UAH 9.7 billion from the state budget for protective structures - Centrenergo
Trypillia TPP
Centrenergo refutes the fake that Trypillia TPP allegedly received UAH 9.7 billion from the state budget to equip it with protection against enemy missiles and drones
This was reported by espreso.tv
"The company has completed 100% of the first-level physical protection (meaning big bags and gabions - ed.) of critical elements of our TPPs on its own. This was reported earlier. This protection protects against fragmentation damage, not direct missile hits. It is impossible to fully protect the facilities with this alone", Centrenergo said.
"Unfortunately, the enemy began to hit the equipment that has been restored for years and cannot be hidden in concrete and sandbags", they added.
The company said that fakes about receiving funds from the state budget for the physical protection of TPPs are being spread online to discredit the state and to sow panic and disbelief among the population. In fact, according to Centrenergo, last year the government allocated an additional UAH 9.7 billion to protect the critical infrastructure of the fuel and energy sector.
"That is, the entire fuel and energy sector, not just Trypillia TPP," the company emphasized.
