Last month, Oschad launched a large-scale training program for employees called "Inclusively Friendly".

The "Inclusively Friendly" project is a key component of Oschadbank's strategy within the framework of the broader My Barrier-Free program, which provides specialized training for employees in proper communication to understand and accept human diversity in order to provide quality service to all categories of customers. After all, in Oschad branches, we create equal conditions for receiving financial services with the help of trained staff.

"My Barrier-Free" is based on the principles of equal treatment of all client groups by employees, human service, comfort during physical stay in the branch and during remote application.

The new training program aims to help each participant realize the importance of creating a barrier-free space, develop basic skills of tolerant speech, and master the rules of interaction with people with hearing, visual, musculoskeletal, and mental disorders. Special attention is paid to the rules of interaction with veterans.

"The issue of barrier-free accessibility has long been on the agenda at Oschad. Now it has become even more important. A large number of our defenders are returning home now and will return home after the victory, and we want to provide them with the conditions for the easiest possible adaptation to peaceful life. That is why training programs for the Oschad team are integrated into our strategy of building a barrier-free environment." - said Irina Makoveeva, Director of the HR Department of Oschadbank.

The in-person training has already been completed by 643 participants from 21 regional offices of the bank, including the bank's top management. A total of 900 Oschad network employees, who have been designated as responsible for inclusive services, will undergo the training.

Additionally, more than 8200 branch employees will be trained remotely in the School of Inclusiveness. This program consists of electronic multimedia courses that reveal the essence of barrier-free space, contain video tips from a psychologist on the nuances of working with clients and restoring their and your own emotional state.

In addition, Oschadbank has introduced a program of reintegration of veterans from among its own employees into the workforce, and signed an agreement on employment of veterans with Veteran Hub.
