Brink is impressed with Bucha's recovery and the spirit of Ukrainians - U.S. Embassy

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy commemorated the victims of the occupation by visiting Bucha on March 31, and U.S. Ambassador Bridget Brink met with women business owners
The U.S. Embassy in Ukraine conveyed the impressions of Bridget Brink after her trip to Bucha, where she marked the second anniversary of the city's liberation from russian occupation.
"On the second anniversary of the liberation of Bucha from russian troops, I saw the hope, indomitable spirit and resilience of the Ukrainian people," Brink said.
During the visit, the ambassador met with the heads of two women-owned businesses that not only survived the occupation but expanded their operations thanks to American support.
"I met with Mayor Fedoruk and saw the generators and a mobile power plant we donated, which will provide electricity to 50,000 residents of the city," she said.
On March 31, President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyy also visited Bucha to pay tribute to the Ukrainians killed by the russians.
