A measure of restraint in the form of detention with the possibility of bail was imposed on the former head of the Central Food Supply Department of the Logistics Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, who illegally enriched himself by UAH 58 million

"The prosecution asked the court to impose a measure of restraint in the form of detention with the possibility of bail of UAH 60 million, but the judge decided that it would be detention with the possibility of bail of UAH 6 million," said Tatiana Sapian, communications adviser to the State Bureau of Investigation.
Note: according to Art. 62 of the Constitution of Ukraine, a person shall be presumed innocent of committing a crime and shall not be subjected to criminal punishment until his or her guilt is proved by law and established by a court verdict of guilty.
- On March 21, employees of the State Bureau of Investigation and the Prosecutor General's Office exposed the former head of the Central Food Supply Department of the Logistics Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
