On Saturday, March 23, in a temporarily occupied village in Zaporizhzhia, russian official Nikolai Khvan, an adviser to the head of Tyva, died in a car accident.

According to the publication, in the evening in the village of Novovasylivka, Khvan drove a Kia Sportage into the oncoming lane and crashed into an Ural car driven by a military officer.
The serviceman was not injured, but the russian official was less fortunate. He died on the spot.
For reference: Nikolai Khvan is a former deputy of the legislative assembly of the Novosibirsk region.
Until 2010, he worked as the director of the customer's department for the construction of underground transport facilities in Novosibirsk, where, according to the investigation, he embezzled more than 200 thousand rubles from the company's funds.
Then the court sentenced him to two years of suspended imprisonment. According to the newspaper, before the car accident, Hwang was an adviser to the head of the Tyva Republic.
