The artist is accused of subversive activities in favor of the aggressor country
The Security Service of Ukraine has served a notice of suspicion in absentia to the artist Taisia Povaliy, who obtained Russian citizenship and publicly supported russia's full-scale invasion of Ukraine.
This was reported by the SBU press service.
"Based on the evidence collected, SBU investigators served Taisia Povaliy a notice of suspicion in absentia under three articles of the Criminal Code of Ukraine: Part 6 of Art. 111-1 (collaboration activities); Article 436 (public calls for aggressive war); Part 1 of Article 436-2 (justification, recognition of the legitimacy of the armed aggression of the russian federation against Ukraine)", - the SBU's statement said.
The SBU clarified that Povaliy left for the territory of the russian federation before the full-scale invasion of the russian occupation forces and received citizenship there.

"Since Povaliy is in russia, the SBU is taking comprehensive measures to bring her to justice for her crimes", - the SBU emphasized.
