The emails claim that Ukraine is giving up part of its territory

Crooks are sending messages to Ukrainian user's email accounts claiming that President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has agreed on a ceasefire with the occupiers and is giving up part of Ukraine's sovereign territory.

Reported by the Center for Countering Disinformation.

"Ukrainians began to receive messages allegedly from the Office of the President of Ukraine. They refer to a "ceasefire with russia" and "the transfer of part of the territories to the aggressor country", - the statement said.

In fact, such letters are a fake from the aggressor country, which is intended to influence the moral and psychological state of Ukrainian citizens and discredit the state leadership.

"Trust only verified information on the official pages of state bodies", - the Center for Countering Disinformation emphasized.

As a reminder, cyber units of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine attacked the russian tax system, as a result of which the occupiers tried unsuccessfully to restore the work of the tax service for more than a week.
