Denil Castillo has signed a five-year contract with Midtjylland. According to Transfermarkt, the transfer cost the Danes €4m.
Castillo became a Shakhtar player in July 2023. Then the Ukrainians paid €800,000 for the Ecuadorian.
The midfielder failed to establish himself in the team, so he was sent on loan to Serbian Partizan, where he played 14 games, scored two goals and gave an assist.
