French President Emmanuel Macron has said he does not rule out the possibility of continuing dialog with Russian dictator Vladimir Putin

Macron said he has not spoken to the Kremlin chief in recent months but did not rule out the possibility. He said the communication could be "on one topic or another, particularly nuclear power plants or others".
"I believe in the power of dialog, and I would continue dialog with Vladimir Putin", the French president concluded.
