In cooperation with the EBRD, Oschadbank provides loans to businesses with simplified collateral requirements and the possibility of receiving a cashback grant
Thanks to the newly received tranche from the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (EBRD), Oschadbank has been able to provide additional loans to Ukrainian micro, small and medium-sized businesses (MSMEs) for a total amount of EUR 50 million (equivalent) with reduced collateral requirements. The program covers up to 50% of the credit risk on new loans.
Loan Terms:
• the maximum loan amount is up to EUR 5 million;
• target use – financing of working capital and investment projects;
• lending period – from 12 to 66 months for fixed assets;
• interest rate and commission fees are determined in accordance with the terms of the banking product within which the loan is made.
The initiative, implemented under the EBRD's SME Competitiveness and Inclusion in the Eastern Partnership countries program with the support and funding of the European Union, may also provide cashback of up to 30%.
Cashback is eligible:
• companies that implement energy independence programs (take out loans for the purchase of solar panels, gas piston power plants);
• companies that raise financing for the purchase of electric vehicles;
• borrowers investing in other green initiatives and energy independence projects;
• buyers of certain agricultural machinery;
• enterprises that have been significantly affected by the war;
• companies where more than 50% of the property belongs to war veterans, where the vast majority of employees / customers are demobilized defenders of Ukraine, etc.
