The Ukrainian leader noted that the Stavka was devoted to the topic of energy security, emphasizing: the state is actively preparing for the next heating season.

"The decision of the Stavka instructed the government to develop conditions that will make it easier for people to install solar panels and batteries. With tax and customs incentives, special loan programs. I also expect from the government a strategy for the development of renewable energy and distributed generation at the state level", Zelenskyy said.

At the same time, the president added that the regional military administrations have been instructed to control at the local level to ensure that hospitals and schools have solar panels, smart meters and energy storage facilities.

"We are restoring what can be restored, building a comprehensive defense of engineering structures, electronic warfare and air defense systems. We are working with partners on additional Patriot systems. We are doing everything to make Russian attempts to blackmail with heat and light fail", Zelenskyy summarized.
