SBGS: QR code in Reserve+ is a valid military registration document for border crossing
According to the government's decision a QR code in the mobile application "Reserve+" can now be provided when crossing the border, it is a valid military registration document
In particular, he said that the Ministry of Defense announced the possibility of registration of military registration document in electronic form using a mobile application.
"In this regard, the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine notes that at border checkpoints border control activities will take place as before in compliance with the norms of current legislation. The decision on the passage of persons will be made on the basis of the presence of all necessary conditions of passage and information that gives grounds for crossing the border", — he said.
Demchenko noted that this applies to information about the reasons for exemption from mobilization.
"In particular, this applies to the presence in military registration documents in paper or electronic form information indicating the grounds for exemption from mobilization, or exclusion from military registration for health reasons. Recall that since May 18, this is an additional condition for crossing the border for certain categories of citizens", — added the speaker of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine.
He noted the need to carefully check the information in their military registration documents, which gives the right to cross the state border.
To exclude the use of forged documents, border guards, if necessary, check the information from the military registration documents through the system "Oberig". In particular, in case of data inconsistency, representatives of the State Border Guard Service have the right to refuse a citizen to cross the border to leave Ukraine.
- Deputy Minister of Defense for Digital Development, Digital Transformation and Digitalization Kateryna Chernogorenko on June 18 announced that an electronic military registration document is now available in the Reserve+ mobile application.
